Lichdom Battlemage est un jeu de lancer de sorts à la première personne avec toute l'action rapide d'un jeu de tir à la première personne, plus le pouvoir créatif et les éléments stratégiques d'un lanceur de sorts.

Utilisant la magie comme seule arme, vous incarnez "Dragon", un mage méprisé qui veut se venger de Shax, le suzerain diabolique qui a détruit votre famille. Armés de sorts illimités - que vous fabriquez à l'aide de milliers de combinaisons - vous devez vous battre contre des hordes de membres du culte, de morts-vivants et de démons invoqués de l'abîme alors que vous vous embarquez dans votre voyage pour détruire Shax.

Avec vos monstres insensés et vos combats de boss, vos compétences en fabrication vous permettront de rester en vie. Chaque Sigil dote d'un type de pouvoir différent qui peut être modifié de nombreuses manières et qui, combiné aux autres Sigils, peut créer des milliers de qualités destructrices uniques.

Lorsque vous parcourez le jeu, des possibilités de tester différentes combinaisons se présentent à chaque coin de rue. Il vous appartiendra en fin de compte de choisir les bonnes combinaisons pour éliminer tout ce qui se trouve sur votre chemin.

Que vous affrontiez une bataille en utilisant la force brute, que vous geliez vos ennemis ou que vous les éleviez dans les airs, vos méthodes détermineront qui vit et qui meurt.
