Même les citoyens les plus prudents et leurs biens les mieux gardés ne sont pas à l'abri de son atteinte.

Alors qu'une révolte éclate, Garrett se retrouve empêtré dans un conflit de plus en plus complexe. Menés par Orion, la voix du peuple, les citoyens tyrannisés feront tout leur possible pour reprendre la Cité aux mains des Barons. La révolution est inévitable.

Si Garrett n'intervient pas, les rues seront rouges de sang et la Cité se déchirera.
