EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Repairs claimed under warranty are subject to our prior inspection. If the item is found to be defective, it will be exchanged for another similar item of the same value. If it is no longer available, you will be entitled to a credit of the same amount for any other item. NO REFUNDS! Any abuse, misapplication and other than normal wear and tear, as well as damage in transit or beyond our control, automatically voids the warranty.

NEW, UNUSED ITEMS
New and unused items can be refunded, simply return the product to the address indicated in the article "RETURN ADDRESS" below, in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice (including the order number) sent to you with the product. Our team will reimburse you in full, as long as the return of the goods meets the requirements of our warranty policy. However, we will not refund shipping charges.

DAMAGED ITEMS ON RECEIPT
If the item purchased on spoutnikgaspesie.ca reaches you broken or damaged when you receive the goods, you must return it to us within 30 days. Our team will take care of having it repaired or replaced. These items are backed by our 30 day warranty.

    Le jeu introduit une multitude de nouveaux mouvements et astuces, y compris de nouvelles techniques de coup franc et de coup de pied de pénalité, un coup franc indirect innovant et un nouveau système de dribble qui offre plus de contrôle lorsque les joueurs s'affrontent et tentent de dépasser les joueurs adverses.
