EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Repairs claimed under warranty are subject to our prior inspection. If the item is found to be defective, it will be exchanged for another similar item of the same value. If it is no longer available, you will be entitled to a credit of the same amount for any other item. NO REFUNDS! Any abuse, misapplication and other than normal wear and tear, as well as damage in transit or beyond our control, automatically voids the warranty.

NEW, UNUSED ITEMS
New and unused items can be refunded, simply return the product to the address indicated in the article "RETURN ADDRESS" below, in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice (including the order number) sent to you with the product.
