What’s Covered?
Our 6-month warranty covers:
✔ Manufacturing Defects – Any issues with materials or craftsmanship that affect the product’s performance.
✔ Electrical Components – Battery, motor, wiring, and charging system malfunctions.
✔ Structural Issues – Any faults in the frame or body that compromise safety or usability.
What’s Not Covered?
While we strive to provide the best quality products, our warranty does not cover:
❌ Normal wear and tear from regular use.
❌ Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
❌ Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions.
❌ Battery deterioration from improper charging habits.
How to Claim Your Warranty?
If you encounter an issue within the 6-month warranty period, follow these simple steps:

2️⃣ Provide Proof – Attach photos or videos showcasing the problem for a faster resolution.
3️⃣ Resolution Options – Depending on the issue, we will provide a repair, replacement part, or a full unit replacement if necessary.

Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including perishable items (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a set number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, since there is often additional processing time before a refund appears.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has shipped.
Cancelled orders and refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Refund processing time: 14 days.
