To qualify, products must be unused or lightly tried on, in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. Items marked as final sale, including hygienic products such as earrings, socks, face masks, insoles, gift cards, and customized or altered items, are not eligible for return or exchange. Return authorization is required before sending any item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received, in which case return shipping will be covered. One free exchange by mail may be offered for size or style changes, subject to availability. Price differences may apply.
