Drones are final sale and cannot be returned.

If a returned product does not meet the return conditions, the return may be declined and the product may be shipped back to the sender.

Our shipping partner / return receiving location accepts tracked packages only. No walk-in or drop-off service is available at that location.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective, wrong, or damaged according to the applicable return review. Photo or video evidence may be required.

If the returned product is confirmed defective, TUTT may reimburse the applicable shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label where appropriate and approved.

All products sold under the TUTT™ brand through TUTT.ca, Best Buy Canada Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Marketplace, or other authorized channels are subject to this 365-Day Limited Manufacturer Defect Warranty.

This warranty applies to eligible TUTT™ products, including portable monitors, laptop screen extenders, smart displays, digital calendars, digital photo frames, smartwatches, consumer electronics, accessories, and other TUTT™-branded electronic products, subject to the terms, exclusions, inspection requirements, and limitations described in this policy.

This warranty is limited to approved and verified manufacturer defects only. A manufacturer defect means a defect in materials or workmanship that existed due to the manufacturing process and occurred under normal, intended use conditions within the applicable warranty period.

This warranty is not a return policy, refund policy, upgrade program, accidental damage protection plan, misuse coverage, cosmetic coverage, compatibility guarantee, or general satisfaction guarantee.

TUTT™ Electronics Store / Takcan Inc. in Canada performs only an initial administrative and evidence-based pre-screening of warranty requests. This initial review is based on the information provided by the customer, including written descriptions, proof of purchase, product photos, videos, setup details, cable/power information, product condition, and any other submitted evidence.

TUTT™ Canada does not operate as the factory inspection centre. TUTT™ Canada does not have the full manufacturer-level tools, internal diagnostic systems, LCD panel testing equipment, factory calibration resources, replacement-part systems, or manufacturing inspection environment required to make a final technical decision on whether an issue is a verified manufacturer defect.

Any review completed by TUTT™ Canada through submitted information, email communication, photos, videos, troubleshooting notes, or customer service communication is preliminary only. This initial review is used to determine whether the warranty request has enough evidence to proceed to the Manufacturer Warranty Department where applicable.

Preliminary review by TUTT™ Canada does not guarantee warranty approval, replacement, repair, refund, prepaid shipping, credit, upgrade, or free service.

All final decisions regarding whether an issue qualifies as a verified manufacturer defect are made by the manufacturer, the Manufacturer Warranty Department, or the authorized factory inspection process. TUTT™ Canada performs only the initial evidence-based pre-screening and does not have the full factory-level diagnostic tools, LCD testing equipment, calibration systems, replacement-part systems, or manufacturing inspection resources required to make final manufacturer defect decisions.

The Manufacturer Warranty Department is located in Guangdong, China. The complete shipping address and step-by-step instructions will be provided only after the initial screening is reviewed and the case is accepted for manufacturer-level inspection.

This Limited Manufacturer Defect Warranty applies only where the reported issue is verified as a manufacturer defect under normal, intended use conditions. Depending on the product type and inspection result, warranty resolution may include troubleshooting guidance, repair, replacement part, equivalent service solution, replacement with the same model, replacement with a similar or equivalent model, replacement with a new, refurbished, open-box inspected, or functionally comparable unit, or claim denial.

These products include sensitive display panels, backlight systems, internal display boards, power circuits, hinges, stands, ports, firmware/software dependencies, and connection-dependent components. For this reason, display-related warranty requests require clear evidence and, where applicable, manufacturer-level inspection before warranty approval can be confirmed.
